XCFW “XTREME CAGE FIGHTER WORKOUT” CLASS:


If you are not into fighting, but want to be in the best shape of your life and have the conditioning and endurance of an MMA Fighter our XCF workouts are for you.


KETTLEBELL CLASS:


The Kettlebell creates a new kind of fitness. The Kettlebell brings strength plus endurance to all the muscles. No muscle group is neglected; muscles already well trained by other exercise and sports are even further upgraded by Kettlebells.


TACTICAL STRIKING CLASS:


Tactical stand-up fighting, sometimes referred to simply as “Stand-Up” is hand to hand combat which takes place while the combatants are in a standing position in this class you will learn how to throw and defend from punches, kicks, elbows and knees from all positions.


TACTICAL GROUND CLASS:


Tactical submission ground fighting is divided into two disciplines, submission wrestling and ground striking.
